Bedroom 1 – Double bed, 2 x bedside drawers, wardrobe, ceiling fan, reverse cycle air conditioner and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 – Bunk bed with trundle, wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 – Single bed, bed side table and ceiling fan.

Quilts, pillows and mattress protector provided.

Lounge/Dining – dining table with 6 chairs, 42” LCD TV, reverse cycle air conditioning and desk.

Kitchen – Built-in electric cook-top with 4 elements and wall oven with separate grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and tea towels

Bathroom/Laundry – shower, bathtub, vanity, separate toilet and washing machine

Tenants required to bring

Drinking water.

Sheets and pillow cases for all beds.

Extra blanket/quilt for trundle.

Swimming towels & bathroom towels.

Food & drinks including tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt & pepper etc, paper towel, serviettes, foil, gladwrap etc shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap, tissues, toilet paper & other personal toiletries.

Concreted boat ramp is located at Bolto Reserve, approximately 1km from property.
