Lounge/Dining – dining table with 6 chairs, 42” LCD TV and reverse cycle air conditioning.

Kitchen – Free standing electric cooker with 4 elements, oven with separate grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and tea towels.

Bathroom/Laundry – shower, vanity, toilet and washing machine.

Tenants required to bring

Drinking water.

Sheets and pillow cases for all beds.

Extra blanket/quilt for trundle.

Swimming towels & bathroom towels.

Food & drinks including tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt & pepper etc, paper towel, serviettes, foil, gladwrap etc shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap, tissues, toilet paper & other personal toiletries.
