Bedroom 2 – Two single beds, bed side table and wardrobe.

Quilts, pillows and mattress protector provided.

Lounge/Dining – dining table with 4 chairs and LCD TV.

Kitchen – Free standing electric cooker with 4 elements, oven with separate grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and tea towels.

Bathroom/Laundry – Two showers, vanity, toilet and washing machine. Located in a separate building for the exclusive use of Lark tenants,

Tenants required to bring

Drinking water.

Sheets and pillow cases for all beds.

Swimming towels & bathroom towels.

Food & drinks including tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt & pepper etc, paper towel, serviettes, foil, gladwrap etc shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap, tissues, toilet paper & other personal toiletries.

Property runs on river water.

Single off street parking.

Rubbled boat ramp is located on the southern side of Cowirra township.

Concreted boat ramp is located at Bolto Reserve, approximately 1km from property.
