Bedroom 1 – Double bed, 2 x bedside drawers, wardrobe and dressing table.

Bedroom 2 – Double Bed with single top bunk and wardrobe.

Quilts, pillows and mattress protector provided.

Lounge/Dining – dining table with 4 chairs, digital TV, reverse cycle air conditioning and 3 seater sofa bed.

Kitchen – Upright electric stove with 4 burners and over, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and tea towels.

Bathroom/Laundry – shower, vanity, toilet, washing machine.

Tenants required to bring

Drinking water.

Sheets and pillow cases for all beds.

Extra blanket/quilt for sofa bed (if needed).

Swimming towels & bathroom towels.

Food & drinks including tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt & pepper etc, paper towel, serviettes, foil, clingwrap etc., shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap, tissues, toilet paper & other personal toiletries.

Single off street parking.

Rubbled boat ramp is located on the southern side of Cowirra township.

Concreted boat ramp is located at Bolto Reserve, approximately 1km from property.

Township of Mannum has an IGA Supermarket, several Deli’s, two petrol stations, takeaway food outlets, 2 hotels – 1 RSL club – 1 motel/café, hardware and bakeries.
